30 years in estate agency - and I'm still in it. I'm one of the only agency trainers in the country still valuing property and advising clients every week, alongside the training and speaking work.
That matters. It means I walk in your agents' shoes every day. I know what's actually landing with vendors right now, what's not, and what the market is doing this week - not what it was doing five years ago.
I'll never ask your team to do anything I'm not doing myself.

Still in the room
I'm one of the only agency trainers still working in the industry every week - valuing property, advising clients, winning instructions. The plays I teach are the plays I'm running.
02 / Principle
I won't ask what I don't do
Every script, every approach, every behaviour I teach - I'm using it myself. If it doesn't work for me on a Tuesday valuation, it doesn't make it into the training.
